Return Policy


We do not offer returns or exchanges for safety & health reasons. Since all of our products are used in food preparation ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

-We do not offer refunds on orders that are delayed in shipping. We recommend ordering well in advance as we have no control over delivery time frames with the USPS.
•If you return any items to us unauthorized you will not be refunded for the items or shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please read your custom listing carefully before purchasing and let us know if you have questions prior to submitting your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Custom orders may not be cancelled once processing has begun.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER: If you decide to cancel your order you must notify us within 24 hours. Since it is not an automated service we will cancel and refund your order within 1 business day. If your order has already shipped we will NOT be able to cancel your order until we receive the items back. In this case you would get a refund for the product price only and not the shipping cost. Custom orders may not be cancelled once processing has begun.

If there is an issue with your order PLEASE contact us before leaving feedback in our shop and social media sites. We like to provide good customer service and would appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issue that you may have with your order before feedback is left.

Shipping policies

SHIPPING ADDRESS: We only ship orders to the shipping address provided on your receipt. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can cancel your order and have you place it again with the correct information. We are NOT responsible for items lost or undelivered due to the wrong shipping address being submitted with your order.

PROCESSING TIME: Most orders ship in 1-3 business days (excluding all USA holidays). Orders containing any made to order items (custom sprinkle mixes)  ship in 3-6 business days. If an item is made to order it will state so in the listing. Everything ships from Utah (United States) and we only ship with the United States Postal Service at this time. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout and calculated to your address. Please account for the processing time before items are shipped.

USA ORDERS ONLY: On large orders containing multiple heavy items like sprinkles or boxes we will try to take advantage of USPS flat-rate shipping boxes and offer partial shipping refunds if possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the USA): To get the cost of each option please add all of the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and the cost will be automatically calculated to your shipping address with USPS live rates. International mail does not have any guaranteed delivery dates due to customs processing, so the delivery times below are just estimates. Please account for the processing time it will take for us to package and ship your order.

•USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL: Averages 2-4+ weeks for most countries, but can take up to 6-8 weeks.
•USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL: Averages 6-10 business days, estimate only.
•USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: Averages 3-5 days, estimate only.

TRACKING: Tracking is provided, however we cannot guarantee packages will be scanned after leaving the USA. The estimates are for how long it will take the package to go from USA customs to your country's customs. It may take additional time for your package to be released and delivered by your postal carrier.

NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any duty and/or tax fees that may be accessed upon delivery. It is illegal for us (The Bakers Confections) to pay these fees. All orders are marked "MERCHANDISE" on the customs form and the value will not be understated.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEM IN ORDER: Please contact us within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your order if you a missing/incorrect item(s). Any notices sent after that time will be handled on a case by case basis. If more than 30 days has past, we are not able to make any corrections at that time.

USA ORDERS ONLY: We will reship the missing item at our own cost or you may request a refund for that item. You may be asked to ship the incorrect item/order back (at our cost).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside USA only): You will be refunded for the missing/wrong item(s) or you have to option to have it added to your next order. We do not reship incorrect items on orders outside the USA due to the high shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We may ask for a photo of the order you received so we can see the error that was made. This is simply for our records since we are not a brick and mortar shop. This also helps us to see if two orders were mixed up so we can contact the other customer.

RETURNED PACKAGES:
• If a package is returned to us for any reason we will contact you. If there was a mistake in the address on our end we will reship your order at no cost to you.
• If it has been returned to us because you listed the wrong address in Etsy or any other reason and you choose to have us resend it then there will be additional shipping charges to reship your order.
• If you ask to cancel your order and it already has been shipped you will not be able to get a refund.
• If you ship your order back to us without prior authorization you will NOT be refunded. For safety and health reasons we do not accept returns as stated in our listings. All sales are final.

LOST PACKAGE: Please note that the USPS does not consider a package “lost” until it has spent at least 30 days in transit here in the US or 45 days in transit if it was shipped internationally. If you think your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us right away and we will do our best to try and locate it and file a lost package claim through the USPS if necessary.

If tracking shows "DELIVERED" and you don't have your package, please verify you provided the correct shipping address at checkout. To view your receipt, please click on the "You" tab, then "Purchases & Reviews". If it’s the correct address please check with others in your home and your neighbors. The second thing to do is call your local post office and have them speak with your mail carrier since they were the last person to have your package and scanned it delivered. There is a chance it was miss-scanned and still in possession of the post office. Most packages are recovered after a phone call is placed with USPS. It may take time to recover missing packages and we are not responsible for the delay in delivery.
